When it’s all too much

A small group program for people who feel overwhelmed,

tired of trying to “fix” everything, and need a different kind of support.

Not more information.
Not more pressure.
A way to come back to yourself.

Take a moment.

Pause.

Breath. The world will wait.

There are moments when the problem is not that you don’t know what to do.

It’s that your system is too overwhelmed
to think clearly at all.

So you push harder.
Try to solve more.
Figure it out.

But more effort doesn’t bring clarity
when the system is already overloaded.

Sometimes the first step is much simpler:

to pause
to slow down
to allow the body to settle

Only then do things begin to make sense again.

This is for you if:

  • you feel mentally or emotionally overloaded

  • you’re tired of constantly adapting

  • you don’t want quick fixes or surface-level techniques

  • you want something deeper, but still practical

This is not for you if:

  • you are looking for instant results

  • you want someone to “fix” things for you

  • you’re not willing to slow down and be with your experience

What we do

In this program, we don’t start with solutions.

We start by creating enough inner stability
so that solutions can emerge naturally.

You will experience:

  • simple mindfulness practices

  • short, clear reflections (not overthinking)

  • space to notice what is actually happening inside you

This is not about becoming a different person.

It’s about learning how to stay with yourself
without being overwhelmed.

About

I guide mindfulness-based programs focused on
helping people find stability in moments of overwhelm.

My work is grounded in:

  • mindfulness training (MBSR / MBCT approach)

  • experience working with people in difficult periods

  • a practical, non-abstract approach

I don’t focus on techniques alone,
but on creating a space where you can slow down
and begin to relate differently to what you’re experiencing.

I have been working with mindfulness-based approaches for several years.
